We charge a 25% placement fee of your new hire's annual remuneration package. This is a success based fee and is charged only once your new candidate is hired.
Most hires take approximately 3-4 weeks from the time a new role is put live to successful placement.
If post hire you find that it's not quite working, we offer a 90 day guarantee whereby we will find you another candidate free of charge.
