Will all the hires work exclusively for me?

Yes all of our candidates will be direct hires in your business, working full time for your company only.

Why do you require a deposit?

There is a small upfront deposit that is required before we formally kick off any job search. This is to ensure that everyone is aligned and committed to the process and to ensure we can dedicate ourselves fully to finding you the best candidate. This deposit is 100% offset against the final success based due upon placement.

What about time zones?

All of our hires will adapt their working hours to fit in with whatever timezone best works for you.
