Dave has spent more than a decade building remote, global teams (long before it became mainstream), scaling his previous venture, Hometime to a 100+ person global team.

Inspired by this experience, Dave founded RunRemote to give other founders the same advantage: building world-class teams without borders.

Zoe Came from London to Australia at 24, with nothing but a backpack and a plan. Eight years into recruitment, Zoë is now number one in talent acquisition at a leading consultancy, and knows the industry inside out. She’s obsessed with finding the best person for the job, wherever in the world they happen to be. Also, loves cats.

Having built an audience of 500k+, Nick lives and breathes content. He's travelled the world through acting, working alongside incredible global talent along the way. Having worked with offshore talent in his own business, Nick has a deep appreciation for how a global team can supercharge a business when it's used well.
