Every potential candidate goes through a highly rigorous and robust screening process as part of their RunRemote application. This is designed to ensure only the best of the best make it through. We receive hundreds of applications every day, with an acceptance rate of c.1% that make it through all the respective stages.

Communication, english and personality tests

We begin our screening process with an in-depth assessment of English language proficiency and communication skills. Additionally, we evaluate personality traits to identify candidates who demonstrate enthusiasm and a strong commitment to their work.

Next, we evaluate our applicants on several essential broad skills, including problem-solving, attention to detail, time management etc.

Extensive interviews with our team

In the third step, candidates undergo a number of interviews with our team of recruiters, to ensure they are the best match for your business and meet all the respective job / role requirements. We have incredibly high standards and only the top performers make it through.

Top shortlisted candidates are presented for final interview
