Before you sign up

What exactly do I get paid?

Ten per cent of the net revenue we collect from your referred client for their first twelve months, plus a $500 payment the moment their first hire starts. On a typical staffing client that works out between $2,000 and $4,000 per seat.

Is there a cost to join?

No. There is nothing to buy and no minimum number of referrals. You sign a one-page partner agreement and that is it.

When and how do I get paid?

Monthly, the week after the client pays their invoice. Bank transfer in your currency, or via Deel if you would rather invoice us.

What happens after I make the intro?

We take over entirely. Discovery call, role scoping, shortlist, interviews, contracts and payroll. You will get a short update whenever your referral moves a stage.

How do you track my referrals?

We log the introduction against your name the day it arrives, so there is no code to remember or link to share. If two partners introduce the same business, the first one counts.

Who is a good business to refer?

Anyone hiring, or about to. Agencies, professional services firms, private equity portfolio companies, home services businesses, holdcos. If they have a role open and no time to fill it, we can help.
