What happens on the discovery call?

The discovery call is an important step as part of running a highly tailored search process, very specific to your business and working style. During the call, we ask you a series of detailed questions to understand your exact requirements, company culture, team dynamics and what success actually looks like in your environment: communication style, technical requirements, growth potential and the subtle factors that decide whether someone will be a great fit. 

By the end of the call, we will have a very clear understanding of what the "right" candidate looks like and within two weeks, you'll receive your first shortlist of pre-vetted candidates, complete with video introductions, that match this profile. 

Can you help me hire multiple roles or build a whole team?

Absolutely and this is where the value really compounds. Most clients start with one or two positions to test the model, then expand once they experience the quality and the cost savings. We can run parallel searches across your different functions or hire sequentially as your headcount needs change. For some clients we've helped them build their entire global team from the ground up - growing from zero to more than 20 people. 

Who manages the talent day to day, you or us?

Can I not just find talent myself?

Will timezones be an issue?

No timezones are never an issue. We ensure that all candidate presented to you have full availability  to work in whatever timezone your business is based. 

Do they work only for us?

How does your pricing work?

RunRemote charges a one-time success fee per hire, which typically pays for itself within six weeks. Depending on the role and seniority, clients can save an estimated A$60,000 - A$90,000 per hire, per year.

Are there any upfront costs?

We charge a small upfront deposit to begin your search, which is fully credited toward the final fee. The remaining balance is only due once you choose a candidate and make a hire, keeping our model simple, transparent and aligned with a successful outcome.

How much can I save?

What if the fit is wrong?

Every hire is backed by our 90-day replacement guarantee. If your new team member doesn’t work out for whatever reason, we’ll restart the search and find a suitable replacement at no additional cost to you.

Do we need an entity in their country?

No. Employment is held in country on your behalf, so you can hire without setting up a local entity or running foreign payroll.
