What happens on the discovery call?

The discovery call is an important step as part of running a highly tailored search process, very specific to your business and working style. During the call, we ask you a series of detailed questions to understand your exact requirements, company culture, team dynamics and what success actually looks like in your environment: communication style, technical requirements, growth potential and the subtle factors that decide whether someone will be a great fit. 

By the end of the call, we will have a very clear understanding of what the "right" candidate looks like and within two weeks, you'll receive your first shortlist of pre-vetted candidates, complete with video introductions, that match this profile. 

How does your pricing work?

RunRemote charges a one-time success fee for each hire. Based on typical onshore versus global salary savings, our fee is typically fully paid back with in six weeks of the candidate starting, with estimated salary savings of A$60k-$90k per hire, per year, depending on the seniority of the role

What if the fit is wrong?

We replace any hire who does not work out at no cost. Tell us early, we coach first, and if it still is not working we run the search again.
