RunRemote

We find the person

Sourcing, eight-stage vetting, matching and retention. Fewer than one in a thousand applicants is placed, and your success manager stays with the account.

Contracts, local compliance, payroll, benefits and tax in the country your hire actually lives in — without you registering an entity there.

How the partnership works

Four steps, two companies, one handoff you never see

You talk to us. The employment machinery runs underneath.

Step 1 · RunRemote

Scope the role

Thirty minutes on the work, the seniority and the time zones that suit your team.

Step 2 · RunRemote

Meet the shortlist

One to three pre-vetted operators, already through the eight-stage funnel.

Step 3 · Deel

Contract and comply

A locally compliant agreement is generated, signed and filed in their country.

Step 4 · Deel

Pay and maintain

Payroll, benefits, tax and filings run monthly. You see one invoice.

Why it matters

The two hard parts of global hiring, solved together

Most companies solve one and get stuck on the other.

Hire where the talent is

Stop filtering candidates by which countries your payroll happens to support. Pick the best person, then employ them properly.

Misclassification off the table

Long-term contractors in other countries are a growing liability. Employment through an established provider removes that exposure.

One relationship, not three

No recruiter, plus an EOR, plus a payroll vendor, each blaming the other. One introduction covers the whole chain.

Benefits people stay for

Local health cover, leave and statutory entitlements are part of the package, which is a large part of why our placements stay.

No entity, no delay

Registering a foreign entity takes months and a legal budget. This takes a week and a signature.

One invoice a month

Talent fee and employment cost consolidated, in your currency, however many countries your team spans.

Everything the partnership unlocks

Hire from 40+ countries

Stop shortlisting by where your payroll happens to reach. Pick the strongest person in the network, then employ them properly wherever they live.

Cost per hire fell 38% after moving three roles offshore.

One view of the real cost

Talent fee and full employment cost quoted together, per country, before you commit. One consolidated invoice a month, in your currency.

Your hire in Lisbon is onboarded, insured and on the January payroll run.

Your RunRemote success manager

One person to ask

No recruiter pointing at the payroll vendor. Your success manager owns the whole chain, from the shortlist to the payslip.

Know the real number first

Before you interview anyone, you see what the role actually costs in each market — salary, employer contributions, benefits and our fee, in one figure.

  • Compare the same role across several countries
  • Fully loaded cost, not a base salary that hides the rest
  • Budget signed off before the shortlist, not after

See the whole team in one place

Who joined, who is on leave, what each country costs and what is due this month — across every market you hire in, without stitching three systems together.

  • Headcount and joiners by country
  • Leave, contracts and renewal dates in one calendar
  • A single monthly invoice you can actually reconcile

Partnership questions

The practical detail

Do I need my own Deel account?

Not to get started. If you already use Deel we place talent straight into your existing workspace. If you do not, we set the employment up through the partnership and you can take the account over later.

Who is my hire actually employed by?

They are engaged through Deel as employer of record in their country, and they work exclusively for you day to day. You direct the work, Deel carries the local employment obligations.

How is it priced?

A single monthly figure covering the talent fee and the employment cost, quoted before you commit. No placement fee and no long-term contract.

What if I want to hire them directly later?

Common, and supported. Once you have an entity in their country the employment can transfer across. We will walk you through the conversion terms up front so there are no surprises.

Which countries are covered?

We source from 40+ countries and employment is supported in 150+. If you have a specific market in mind, ask on the discovery call and we will confirm before you interview anyone.
